1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Show and Tell Hero ("Service", "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Show and Tell Hero provides educational tools for parents and teachers, including a "Mystery Bag Clue Generator" and a library of "Show and Tell Ideas". These tools use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content.

3. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Show and Tell Hero's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The content generated by our tools is created by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness for children:

  • We cannot guarantee that all generated content is 100% accurate or error-free.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing all content before sharing it with children.
  • Show and Tell Hero is not responsible for any misunderstandings or issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Show and Tell Hero's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Show and Tell Hero makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
